  • Deadline for the camera-ready submission: July 16 23h59 AoE.
  • Make sure to use our style file. This is the same as the style file used for paper submission.
  • In the main .tex file replace "\usepackage{innf2021}” with "\usepackage[accepted]{innf2021}” to submit the camera-ready version.
  • Use a single pdf that contains both the main paper and the appendix. Use a separate .zip file for additional supplementary materials (e.g. code).
  • Submit your camera ready on OpenReview by clicking the “Revision” button next to the author list on the abstract page.

Poster

Please choose which poster session(s) you will present at by filling out this form. Only one author needs to fill out this form. Please fill out the form by July 16 23h59 AoE. We will have two virtual poster sessions hosted on gather.town, one in the morning and one in the afternoon (UTC time). We would like you to attend at least one poster session, and present your work there. You may also choose to attend both sessions and present at both of them.

Poster & Thumbnail details:

  • The *first* author listed for each paper should be able to upload posters by logging in to the ICML site. If another author needs to be granted permission for uploading posters, please let us know. Please upload posters here. The deadline for uploading is July 13, 2021.
  • Those of you responsible for uploading the poster but were not in the ICML system should have been sent an invitation link at the email address you used for the paper submission (i.e. your OpenReview account).
  • You should provide two PNG images, a poster and a thumbnail. The poster must be no more than 5120 width x 2880 height, while the thumbnail must be 320 width x 256 height. The thumbnail will be used to show a preview of your poster in Gathertown.

Spotlights & Contributed Talks

We have selected 12 papers for spotlight presentation and 2 papers for contributed talk, which will be pre-recorded and live-streamed during the workshop. The goal of these videos is for you to summarize and highlight the contribution and novelty of your work. The spotlights will be 5-minute long, and the contributed talks will be 25-minute long followed by a 5-minute live Q&A session (the authors of contributed talks will be invited to a zoom room for the Q&A).

If you are an author whose paper has been selected for the spotlight / contributed presentation, and have not received an email that contains the recording link & instructions by June 18, please contact us as soon as possible.

Complimentary Registrations

We have a limited number of complimentary registrations available for attendees who have a financial need, or can’t obtain funding otherwise. If this applies to you and you would like a complimentary registration for ICML, please fill out this form by July 9. (This is one week later than the participant grant of the main conference, the deadline of which is July 2.) We will try to get back to you within a few days upon receiving your application.
