Reviewer Instructions

As a reviewer, we will ask you to do the following:

1. Summarize the paper in a few sentences.
2. Indicate if the paper is on or off topic.
3. Choose an overall evaluation score for the submission. The choices are: accept, borderline accept, borderline reject, and reject.
4. Provide a justification for your overall evaluation score.
5. List between 1 to 3 questions that you would ask the authors if you were to discuss this paper at a poster session or during another follow-up discussion.
6. Rate your confidence in the evaluation of the submission.
